MUBI is to release Priscilla on Blu-ray this April
MUBI, the global film distributor, streaming service and production company, is delighted to announce that Sofia Coppola’s Priscilla will be available to buy on Blu-ray and DVD from 8 April 2024.
Written and directed by Sofia Coppola, Priscilla is based on the 1985 memoir Elvis and Me written by Priscilla Presley and Sandra Harmon. The film stars Golden Globe nominee Cailee Spaeny (Civil War, Mare of Easttown, Bad Times at the El Royale) as Priscilla, Jacob Elordi (Euphoria, The Kissing Booth) as Elvis Presley, and Dagmara Dominczyk (Succession, Bottoms, The Lost Daughter).
The critically acclaimed drama from Academy Award winning director and screenwriter Sofia Coppola received its World Premiere in Competition at the 80th Venice International Film Festival, where Cailee Spaeny won the award for Best Actress for her role as Priscilla. Cailee Spaeny was also nominated for Best Actress in a Motion Picture – Drama at the 2024 Golden Globe Awards and for Breakthrough Performer of the Year Award at the 2024 London Film Critics Circle Awards. Jacob Elordi was nominated for the EE BAFTA Rising Star Award at this year’s BAFTAs.
